How long until I see results?

That totally depends on how quickly you work through the training programme, how quickly you take action on the practices, and how open your mind is to change. If you’re ready to change, you will and you will notice a shift early on. Most people experience profound inner shifts within the first days even! Others work their way through slowly and results takes longer to be noticed.

How long do I have access to the programmes?

Forever! Enrol into our programme (e.g. Fear2Power) once and you’ll have lifetime access to the course materials, which will be updated with new information, videos, and exercises.

Am I too old?

Most likely not. We build up from tools that accessible for everyone. We encourage everyone to work ‘with what they got’. By this, we mean you learn to consider your restrictions and gently working with them whilst still taking them seriously and not pushing through. You might want to skip some exercises, focus on a certain way of practice first or alter activities to your needs. If you have any specific question, feel free to get in touch, we are happy to guide you through the process you through the process.

What if I have a physical impairment/injury or if I am pregnant?

It depends on the physical restriction, kind of injury or week of pregnancy. In general, we encourage everyone to work ‘with what they got’ which is what we have to do when confronted with a challenging/threatening situation on the street. By this, we mean you learn to consider your restrictions and gently working with them whilst still taking them seriously and not pushing through. You might want to skip some exercises, focus on a certain way of practice first or alter activities to your needs. If you have any specific question, feel free to get in touch, we are happy to guide you through the process.

Do I need equipment?

Our exercises can be done anywhere and with or without any equipment. At some later stage you might want to consider having a punch pad or bag to allow a more realistic experience of the impact you create. What we would encourage you from the start is to keep a journal of your journey.

How long does the daily practice take?

It depends on the exercise, but you won’t need to spend more than 15 minutes on any practice unless you’re just having too much fun to stop.If you’re just starting out, you might begin with 5-10 mins. As you progress, you can build up tolonger sessions at the length that suits your needs.It’s really up to you.We recommend you start small and build up from there. Find the time youcan consistently commit to.

How is this program different from others?

Our approach is holistically, this means we work inside out. Our self defence tools are simple, effective and easy to remember. And we go beyond! There is so much more that plays a role when faced with a conflict, a physical threat or a violent attack. Overwhelming situations can trigger a freeze reaction where the mind and body cannot access survival tools.In our training we work with your innate power – techniques that come natural and even intuitive to you. Our exercises include mindsetting, emotional management, building muscle memory in a fun fitness programme to unleash everything in you when it comes to that one moment to protect you.

I have never done any self defence or martial arts, is this still for me?

Yes, absolutely. You don’t need any prior skills or knowledge. The moves you will learn are simple and effective and are designed to not needing years of training. Every exercise is broken down and clearly explained at multiple difficulty levels.
